In 2015 Andrew Fage founded ADF Partners, a multi-disciplinary firm concentrating in Architecture, Interior Design, and the management of Real Estate Development ventures. ADF Partners understands how design excellence fuels financially successful, efficient construction ventures and directly impacts the bottom line. With 15 years of project management and design expertise, Panama-born designer and developer Andrew Fage has driven a wide range of real estate ventures in the U.S. and Central America.
After finishing Architecture Studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2000, Andrew returned to his native Panama to join Mallol & Mallol Arquitectos and then Ingenieria RM, two of Panama’s premier architecture and construction firms. In 2002, He helmed his own boutique architecture practice called Factor Taller de Arquitectura, focusing on ground up single family homes, residential interior design and vacation properties.
In 2006, Andrew relocated to New York City for a Masters’ Degree in Real Estate Development at the NYU Shack Institute of Real Estate, where he honed new skills such as market studies, financial modeling, and real estate valuation techniques.
Prior to graduation in 2007, Andrew joined Turner & Townsend Ferzan Robbins, first as an Associate Project Manager and then as an Associate Director, managing projects for high-profile corporate clients—from the hospitality world to broadcasting and communications—for more than
